“d.o.o.” is the Croatian equivalent of a private limited company (Ltd / GmbH). The registered seat in Brodarica-Šibenik is our administrative address; the charter base from which all yachts depart is Marina Pirovac.

05 Activity & supervision
KEK Yachting d.o.o. is registered for nautical charter (iznajmljivanje plovila / yacht charter) and operates under the oversight of the Croatian Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure and the competent harbour master’s office (lučka kapetanija). All yachts carry valid registration, safety certificates and the equipment required by Croatian maritime regulations.
06 Insurance & security deposit
A refundable security deposit applies per charter and is released after a clean handover. The security-deposit amount for your specific yacht, and the insurance details that apply to your charter, are set out in your booking confirmation.
07 Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are, however, neither obliged nor generally willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, we would always rather settle any issue with you directly. Please write to info@kekyachting.com first.
